It contains owner details, land type (Wet/Dry), cultivation information, water sources, crop yield, and any liabilities or mortgages on the land. This document helps landowners and farmers monitor land usage and maintain accurate cultivation records.

What is ROR 1-B? (1B అర్హత పత్రం)

The Record of Rights (1-B / 1B ROR) is the legal proof of land ownership, distinct from the Adangal, which focuses on cultivation. It is essential for property registration, bank loans, and resolving legal disputes in court. The 1-B ensures ownership is officially recognized and protected under Andhra Pradesh law.

What is the Field Measurement Book (FMB)? (ఫీల్డ్ మ్యాప్స్)

The Field Measurement Book (FMB) contains the official sketches of land boundaries recorded during government surveys. It is crucial for resolving boundary disputes between neighbors and can be downloaded digitally through the MeeBhoomi portal. The FMB ensures precise land mapping and helps maintain transparency in land ownership.

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal (ఆధికారిక పోర్టల్ సందర్శించండి)

To access Andhra Pradesh Bhulekh land records, go to the official Meebhoomi AP portal at meebhoomi.ap.gov.in. The portal provides records for 1B Adangal (1-బి అడంగళ్), Village Map (గ్రామ మ్యాప్), E-Passbook (ఈ-పాస్‌బుక్), FMB (ఫీల్డ్ మ్యాప్స్), Land Conversion, and other land documents.

Step 2: Select the Land Record (భూమి రికార్డు ఎంచుకోండి)

Select your District, Mandal, and Village, then choose either Adangal or Village Adangal. For individual property, select One Khata Number, or for the entire village, select Entire Village. Enter the Survey/Khata Number, complete the Captcha, and click Submit.

Step 2 – Enter Land Details

Select your District, Mandal, and Village. Then, choose whether to check using your Account Number or Aadhaar Number. Enter the number in the respective field and solve the Captcha, then click Submit (క్లిక్ చేయండి).
